• Any Expenses in case of sudden quarantine in Dubai for any one of the groups.
• Any extra meal not mentioned as included.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation fees

• Normal Dates
  • 25% of total package will be charged in case of cancellation 15 days before group arrival
  • 75% of total package will be charged in case of cancellation 10 days before group arrival
  • Full cancellation fees will be charged in case of no show.
• High Season dates
  • 25% of total package will be charged in case of cancellation 15 days before group arrival
  • 75% of total package will be charged in case of cancellation 10 days before group arrival
  • Full cancellation fees will be charged in case of no show.

1. Children Policy

• From 00 till 5:99 Years 6250 Le sharing parents’ bed.
• 6 Years till 11:99 years 7950 Le sharing parents’ bed.
• From 12 Years old considered as an adult.
• In case of Extra bed in a double room, it will be considered as a triple room.

2. Check in and Check out

• Check in at 14:00 hrs
• Check out at 12:00 hrs
• In case of stay after the check-out time, hotel will charge an extra night.

3. Visa Procedures

• Passport should be valid at least 6 months before arrival to Dubai.
• Visa procedures take aprox.7 work days to be issued.
• In case the UAE authorities reject the visa, they don`t give reason.
• Once visa is requested, the full amount of the visa will be charged regardless approved or not.
• To issue visa please provide the below
  • A good scanned copy of passport with full details.
  • A personal photo with white background.
  • In case of children, please provide a birth certificate.
