Shanda Lodge Desert Resort is located in Ezab El Kasr, Dakhla Oasis –New Valley – Egypt, (180KM) kilometers northwest of El-Kharga Oasis (airport) and about 310 Km to the Southeast of  Farfra  and 500 Km West of the Nile, 6 Hours from Luxor Airport and 750 km from Cairo…. The Lodge lies 20 minutes away from Dakhla Airport.

The lodge nestles amid the greenery of Dakhla Oasis, professed by many as the most spectacular of the Egyptian oases, with a valuable asset of 40000sq/m² of fertile land.

• Above rates are Per Room, Per night, based on H/B basis Including 1 soft drink or juice per meal + 1 Small Bottles of water.
• Extra Person supplement 20 Euro (400 EGP for Egyptian) per night on H/B basis
• Extra meal supplement 15 Euro
• Above rates are quoted in Euro for foreigners and Egyptian pound for Egyptian market.
• Room rates are commissionable by 05% for travel agents.
• Rates are all inclusive of service charge and all local government taxes
• Rates are applicable for individuals.
• Extra meals (Lunch / Dinner 15 Euro) (200 EGP for Egyptian).
• Special rates for 10 rooms & above.
• Rates are valid till 30 – 09 – 2021.
• Payment for foreigners should be settled in Euro or equivalent USD$.
• Complimentary Welcome Drinks will be served upon arrival.
• Fresh complimentary fruit basket in each room.

• 25% one month before arrival
• Full payment in advance to guarantee rooms blocked 15 days prior to arrival

  • Up to 6 years old free sharing parents’ room ( max 1 child)
  • 6 – 12 years          50 % discount sharing parents’ room ( max 1 child )

   

  Check in & Check Policy

  • Check-in time: 15:00 hrs.
  • Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
  • Early check-in: {subject to the hotel availability}
  • Late check-out: {subject to the hotel availability}
  • For all late departure requests after 20:00 hrs, full charge will be applied.

   

   

  Cancellation policy

  • Within 15 days prior to arrival: totally refundable
  • Within 14 days prior to arrival: 25 % Cancellation fees
  • Less than 10 days prior to arrival: 50 % cancellation fees
  • Less than 72 hours prior to arrival:           75% cancellation fees
  • Less Than 48 Hours Prior to arrival:           Full Charge
  • No show:           Will be subject to full Charge

  How To Get There!!

  • From Cairo…

  Charter flights and transfer services:

  There are flights from Cairo to Kharga Oasis every Thursday and Sunday…The Round Trip Rate is LE3800. Including transfer from Kharga Airport to Dakhla & Vice Versa,, it’s about 180Km.. Booking will be made by Shanda Lodge or by our Cairo Office upon your request. (Seat availability).
